Identification and contact data, professional and business information, documents needed to verify eligibility, billing and payment data and, where required, employee or candidate data supplied by the client.

A client providing third-party data confirms that it is authorised to do so and that the data is necessary for the grant case.

Handling enquiries and pre-contract assessment; managing an engaged case; billing and legal compliance; security and defence of claims; and marketing communications where there is a valid legal basis.

4. Recipients

Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities, professionals needed for the service and technology providers acting on behalf of the controller.

5. International transfers

Where processing takes place outside the EEA, the safeguards required by data-protection law will be applied.

6. Retention

Data is retained during the pre-contract or contractual relationship and for the legal periods that apply afterwards.

7. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability or withdrawal of consent by writing to info@ekiteko.es.

Do not send sensitive or unnecessary documentation unless requested. Links to terms and privacy information in forms are part of the submission process.

9. Legal framework

Personal data is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), together with any other applicable rules.

This policy may be updated when services, providers or applicable obligations change.
