WHEN YOU GET PAID
If the company does not receive the grant, no success fee is due on that unpaid amount.
Our main fee grows when the grant money actually reaches your account.
For employment grants, the opening fee is €100 + VAT per employee and the success fee is calculated on money actually received. For other grants, terms are confirmed before work starts.

If we manage 1 employee, you pay €100 + VAT as the opening fee. If you ultimately receive €20,000, the total success fee is €2,000 + VAT. If the authority pays in instalments, the fee is also invoiced in instalments, only when each payment arrives.

Ekiteko is not a general accounting practice. Our focus is business grants. We review calls, requirements, target groups, deadlines, documents and post-award obligations so we can tell whether a grant makes sense before the client wastes time or takes a step that could make the application ineligible.
We initially focus on hiring grants and recurring programmes. When we add a new grant, we turn it into a working procedure and case file, not just another blog post.
