Terms of service
These terms govern Ekiteko grant-management services.
No grant award or payment is guaranteed. The outcome depends on the authority, available budget, current rules and actual compliance.

PRODUCTOS SOCIETARIO, S.L.
B66602574 Paseo de Gracia nº 25, 08007 Barcelona Registro Mercantil de Barcelona: T 44984, F 95, S 8, H B 473246, I/A 1 (09.09.15) info@ekiteko.es2. Scope of engagement
Assessment, document preparation, filing where applicable, case follow-up and support for the grant identified in the accepted engagement.
3. Normal service scope
- Eligibility and requirements review.
- Review of business, tax, employment or financial documents needed for the grant.
- Preparation of forms and administrative documents.
- Electronic filing where included and technically possible.
- Ordinary follow-up, requests, corrections and ordinary justification where included.
4. Essential client obligations
- Provide truthful, complete information and documents on time.
- Do not conceal facts that could prevent or reduce entitlement.
- Report debts, previous employment relationships, business changes and incidents that may affect the grant.
- Report official requests, decisions and grant payments without delay.
- Maintain eligibility for the required period and cooperate with justification and checks.
5. Fees for employment grants
For grants other than employment grants, fees may differ and are confirmed before work starts.
6. Partial grant payments
If the authority pays in instalments, the fee accrues proportionally on each amount actually received. An awarded but unpaid amount does not by itself generate the success fee.
7. Deadline to pay the success fee
The success fee corresponding to each grant payment must be paid within 5 calendar days after the money reaches the beneficiary account.
8. Terminations, replacements and later filings
Where the rules allow an employee replacement, managing the replacement costs €100 + VAT per affected employee. Filing or reporting a termination without replacement carries the same fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Consequences of client breach
False information, concealment of relevant facts, failure to justify expenditure or failure to maintain eligibility may lead to loss of payment rights, reductions, repayment, interest and, where legally applicable, administrative penalties. In the event of a serious contractual breach, Ekiteko may suspend or terminate the engagement and claim accrued fees, additional work and legally recoverable proven losses.
Where there are objective indications of falsehood, fraud or conduct that could expose Ekiteko to liability, we may refuse instructions that conflict with the grant rules and, where legally required or necessary to protect legitimate interests against unlawful conduct, report the relevant facts to the competent body. Ekiteko may refuse future work for the company, its director or linked entities in cases of serious intentional breach. Any public-grant disqualification, sanction or repayment order can only be imposed by the competent public authority.
10. Follow-up and justification
The client remains responsible for substantive compliance and timely delivery of the documents needed for retention and justification.
11. No guarantee
Ekiteko does not guarantee award, payment, retention or final amount.
12. End of engagement
Ending the service does not remove fees already accrued. A later payment arising from a case filed during the engagement remains subject to the agreed success fee.
13. Professional collaborators
Ekiteko may coordinate specific issues with professional collaborators subject to confidentiality and data-protection duties.
14. Confidentiality and data protection
