For employment grants, the opening fee applies to each employee managed. For other grant types, conditions and fees are confirmed before work starts.

The success fee must be paid within 5 calendar days after each grant payment reaches the beneficiary.

BEFORE ENGAGING
A grant requires real compliance, not just paperwork
- The company or self-employed client must provide truthful, complete information and report changes that may affect the grant.
- Hires, terminations, dismissals, replacements, working-time changes or incidents must be reported when they may affect the case.
- Non-compliance may lead to loss of payment, reduction, repayment, interest and, where applicable, administrative sanctions.
- Ekiteko may suspend or terminate the service after serious breach, claim accrued fees and additional work, and refuse future engagements in serious or intentional cases.
- The 10% + VAT fee on each grant payment must be paid within 5 calendar days after receipt.
